Tracey Goetz is the Branch Office Manager and Broker-In-Charge at Prudential York Simpson Underwood Realty, serving the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill communities.  She oversees all agents and directs the vision of the office. Tracey specializes in helping experienced agents maximize their potential and coach new agents towards a successful career path.

Experience

Tracey has been in the real estate industry for more than 32 years, beginning in 1979 as an agent for Old Richmond Realty.  After moving to the Triangle area in 1981, she continued her passion for real estate which led to becoming branch manager, and eventually owner, for Chesson Realty.  After years of expansion and growth her company was sought out by Prudential Carolinas Realty which is now Prudential York Simpson Underwood.  She has established herself as one of the top managers in North Carolina displaying her exceptional creative and leadership skills.
